§ 30-1. Adoption of state election laws.

  • (a)

    The provisions of the state election laws pertaining to state and municipal elections relating to qualifications of electors, registrations, transfer of electors from one district to another, manner of voting, duties of election officers, canvassing of returns and all other particulars in respect to the management of elections, except as provided in the Charter or this chapter, shall, as far as such may be applicable, govern all municipal elections.

    (b)

    Any person violating the state election laws is subject to the penalties set forth in the state election laws.
