§ 30-3. Annual Elections.

A general election of the town shall be held the second Tuesday in March of each year, unless it is the year of a presidential preference primary, in which case the town's election shall be held on the same day that the presidential preference primary is held in March of that year. Special elections shall be held pursuant to a resolution of the town council.
