§ 58-10. Environmental requirements.

  • (a)

    Soil and ground cover. Condition of soil, groundwater level, drainage and topography shall not create hazards either to the travel park property, to neighboring properties or to the health and safety of any of their occupants. Exposed ground surfaces in all parts of every RV site area or other vehicle parking areas shall be paved or covered with stone screenings or other solid material or protected with a vegetative growth that is capable of preventing soil erosion and of eliminating objectionable dust.

    (b)

    Drainage. Surface drainage plans for the entire tract shall be submitted with the application for a building permit, as required by section 2-161 et seq.
